All fall "The Fall Frenzy" podcast gives you an inside look at those competing in UNI fall sports including interviews from within Panther volleyball, soccer, swim and dive and more.

This week Fall Frenzy features Panther volleyball's Emily Holterhaus and swim and dive's Amber Finke. Holterhaus talks about what it takes to win in the MVC, her faith and what makes this team special. Finke walks us through what we may not realize goes into a swim and dive season, how she chose UNI and what motivates this year's team.
