Rick Ruppenthal is a coach and podcaster from British Columbia.  However, Rick’s formative years were spent serving his community in the Ambulance Service, from Paramedic to Superintendent in various training and strategic planning roles.  After 30 years of service, Rick wanted to continue to support his former colleagues and established the Unbroken Heroes Project.

In this episode, we talk about the idea of falling in love with the moment.  Something that we have done, and will do, over and over again as we bounce in and out of uncomfortable thinking.
