I welcome back another returning guest this week as Chance comes back to not only update us on his progress (hint, it's pretty amazing!) but talk about the day to day challenges of the trenches of weight loss. Chance was 600 pounds at one point and fighting for his life, and now that battle has evolved. I get to really dig into how the perfectly curated lives we see on Instagram often don't reflect the reality of what you battle when you are trying lose 100s of pounds and keep them off.
