Chris Murphy knew at a young age that his relationship with food was not ideal but he used athletics and activity to keep things in check. In adulthood he truly began his personal rollercoaster ride losing and gaining weight dealing with a true laundry list of challenges and life traumas. It took desperation to bring him to the tool that would change his life these past two years, bariatric surgery. But unlike the clean pretty stories we may see on line, the reality of his experience is one that is much less streamlined or as simple as many expect.
