John Turner had a turbulent childhood that shaped how he entered his life as an adult. When he stepped on his 385 pound limit scale and it read "Error" he decided he needed to make a change. He found keto through a friend and started his journey to not only finding a passion for health and fitness, but the happiness that had been missing in his life for a long time. John is sharing his story today to encourage and support others who have faced similar challenges. He even recently became an ISSA certified trainer!
