Almost 4 years ago Jose Diaz first appeared on the Fat Guy Forum! He was over 550 pounds and feeling focused on starting his journey to reclaim his health. As often happens in life though, things did not go as planned and it would be a few years before he took action. He reached out and asked if he could come back on to update us all on his journey's progress and I was honored! It's not easy to say, "Remember when I said I was ready? I wasn't." Jose opens up about how things got worse before they got better, in a story that I am sure most of us can relate to now!

He's currently down over 220 pounds and living an active life! Still coaching soccer but now more of an active participant than sideline observer! I am excited for you to hear from him again.
