Josh Gault struggled with his weight as a kid and at 15 he was a massive car accident that paralyzed him from the chest down. After the accident his weight continued to rise until he was 350 pounds and physically not able to do anything for himself. It would have been easy for him to give up then, and just accept his life, but Josh saw the possibility in himself and decided to control the things he could, instead of focusing on what he could not. He made gradual changes that have added up to him losing over 175 pounds and discovering a passion for bodybuilding.
