To begin the month of vulnerability, Lara, Makena, and Mallory describe a few of their most nerve-wracking and courageous moments of openness. Makena discusses the first time she said "I love you" to a partner. Mallory recounts how she told one of her childhood best friends that she prayed every night. Lara explains how her most vulnerable moments are usually tied to an activity (like during a walk or crafting). The group gives advice on how to start flexing your vulnerability muscle in small, meaningful ways.

The group talks about how to reach students on sensitive topics like anal sex and using protection, why peer-to-peer communication is the most effective when it comes to sexual health, and what they wish they had known before coming to college.
