Fearless Generations

How much do you feel like you need to be in control? What will happen if you are not? Do you get anxious when you don't know what is next? Are you easily frustrated by people who don't do it your way or what you want them too? When you trust yourself you can let go of the need to control things. You will trust yourself to handle any situation. You will trust yourself to stay true to you. You will be better at discerning who to trust. And, therefore, you will have less of a need to always know or be in charge.

That small voice or intuition talks to us quietly. It doesn't push and it doesn't guarantee any results. When you hear it do you listen? Or do you brush it off as a silly idea? If you feel it do you listen? When you get that gut reaction or know something just because you do, do you trust it? This is what we will be talking about tonight. Are we hearing our intuition and if we are, are we trusting it. This will be a great exploration.

This month we start step 10, which is trust. Trusting yourself first is always where we start. As you trust you it is less important that you can trust others. When you trust yourself you can trust your intuition and let go of control. I am excited to see what you get from this time we spend on Trust.

Intention has been the step this month and we have talked a lot about how you can use many tools to support you. Tonight we bring it all together and learn how we can implement it into our lives.

With intentions, we decide how we act and how we show up. We decide our reaction to others and life. We take control of our destiny. As we take our power back we are empowered. We become confident in our abilities to act on our commitments. We will move forward consistently as we continue to choose our intention.

Satisfaction will increase when we are living intentionally. We will trust ourselves more, that we will follow through. Also, because we are taking action and being integrouse we are happier with ourselves. We are moving forward. We are experiencing more time in freedom and we are living the life we are after. This brings us joy and peace of mind. We feel powerful and courageous. Life is for sure more satisfying.

How do you decrease your self-doubt? By trusting yourself more. By knowing you are a person of your word. By showing up as you in all places and in the moment of challenge. This is living in Intention. We will talk tonight about what we can do to lessen our self-doubt and how we can live on our fearless path intentionally.

Being intentional is a practice. You don't just wake up one day and become conscious of all your choices. Everything does not just become aligned. You must practice it everyday.

It is integration time. What have you learned? What have you tried? What has happened? Let's talk this and more tonight.

What will happen when you see more in front of you? What will you allow yourself to do when you live in willingness? What will happen when you say Yes to yourself? When you start keeping your commitments to yourself?

These possibilities are the opportunities you have coming your way as you stay open. As you walk forward step by step, trusting yourself to handle everything that comes your way. Trusting that the universe wants your success. Trusting that you are capable to do what is necessary for you to live your life in freedom.
