The second full moon of the year is also known as the Rowan Tree Moon in Druid and Celtic folklore. Rowan Trees are The Tree of Life and it's said to be the tree from which the first woman was made; allow Crystal to guide you in grounding through powerful and mystical Tree of Life roots.

The February Full Moon is one of the most gentle and healing full moon's of the year. Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to ground into Mother Earth and then gently release whatever is no longer serving you. Next, I’ll guide you through a divine chakra healing to activate to your energetic fields highest potential and expression. Harnessing the gentle moon medicine on offer to us all during this lunar cycle.

This full moon carries a high level of Soul activations connecting to deep, deep soul wisdom. It’s designed to help us restore and harmonize our balance, realign our stability and touch down and ground into Mother Earth after this month’s intense energy draining Aquarius Stellium. It’s filled with yummy moon magic and medicine!

The February Full Moon is a time to self-care, to balance and restore our energy. Whatever actions you like to take to do that! It's most important to honor yourself; mind, body and soul during this time. Taking care of no one else but YOU! It would be wonderful to set some time to connect to your inner voice and truly listen. To honor your inner intuition and wisdom.

Within this meditation, I'll guide you to release whatever is no longer serving you. Then Lady Light, the moon herself will activate her moon magic and medicine to heal, balance and activate your 7 main chakra's. Restoring and harmonizing them, bringing you to your highest expression and potential. You'll end the meditation feeling completely restored, rejuvenated, relaxed, calm and peaceful ready to take on your next steps in life! Even if that's just steps to the couch!
