  • 130. Developing a mindset for wealth creation with Jen Gutfriend

The Mindset for Wealth Creation is an important part of the process of becoming wealthy. It is a set of beliefs and attitudes that will help you attract wealth into your life. The first step in developing this mindset is understanding what it means to be wealthy. When you are wealthy, you have a positive cash flow, and you also have assets that provide passive income and build equity over time.

The next step is to identify the limiting beliefs or attitudes that keep you from living a wealthy lifestyle. These might be things like “I don’t know how to invest,” “I don’t know what I should do with my money,” or “The rich people have a lot of money, and they must be smarter than me.” By identifying these limiting beliefs or attitudes, you can begin to change them. This episode with Jen Gutfriend covers this and much more.

Jen helps female coaches easily remove their limiting beliefs so they can hit consistent 10k plus months. After failure and complete burnout in her first business, Jen discovered mindset work, and her life hasn’t been the same since. She easily achieves the success she desires and is passionate about helping other coaches do the same.

Our thoughts are what define us. They create our identities, help us think of the future, and decide how we want to live our lives. In today's world, those thoughts need to be valued and preserved. People have started using journals to capture their ideas before escaping from their minds or evading existence altogether.

Join the conversation with Daria Davis. Daria is the founder of Enchanted Flower Healing, whose mission is to evolve the planet towards love through teaching and healing. Her students learn from her to love themselves through others through Holy Fire Reiki, Chakra Life Coaching, and Sound Healing.  As a child, she knew she was different from others and understood that it could be difficult for her to express herself, and so her true soul's divine life purpose has been in teaching people about love. • 123. [Launch a Podcast] The Best Ways to Be Successful in Podcasting

Podcasts are a great way to engage with your audience and share your knowledge. The best ways to be successful in podcasting are to have a clear goal, a plan, and the right equipment. Having a clear goal is the basis of podcasting success. You need to know what you are trying to achieve. What do you want your podcast to be about? Who is it for? Is it for entertainment or information?

The second step is the plan. What are the topics of your podcast going to be about? How often are you going to publish new episodes? How long will each episode be? And so on. Lastly, you need the right equipment. You need a microphone- preferably an external one that plugs into your computer- and some editing software like Audacity or Garageband.

Join the conversation with your host Jenn Dragonette as she shares best practices for being a success as a podcaster. Have a notepad, because she is going to open a bomb!

  • 121. Observation vs Evaluation: Are you living in judgment or curiosity

The person who can hurt us the most is ourselves.

We spend most of our lives judging what we say, do or think, constantly evaluating ourselves and others instead of observing.

We are the ones who can hurt ourselves the most.

We spend most of our lives judging what we say, do, and think, constantly evaluating ourselves and others instead of observing.

How do you tell the difference between observation and evaluation? 'Evaluation' is the act of judging the worth of something or someone, as opposed to observation, which closely monitors something or someone. Easy, while one makes a judgment, the other observes.

This kind of self-evaluation is destructive and keeps you stuck; it leaves indelible marks on your mind that cause sadness, irritability, frustration, and burnout. Observation, on the other hand, allows you to have a broad perspective of what is happening in your life and how you ought to address it. Take this example: a client didn't pay you, so you can decide whether to observe or evaluate. The result of our evaluation is, "that client is so irresponsible and inconsiderate" Meanwhile, the observation tells you, "this client hasn't paid me," triggering the question, "How do I get them to pay me?"

In this episode, I talk about the difference between observation and evaluation and how it affects our lives.

You can either observe curiosity or evaluate judgment. Which one will you choose?
