Welcome to the Flower Essence Podcast with Kathleen Aspenns and Rochana Felde. We are two Flower Essence Practitioners who love to share insights and knowledge about plants and their healing intelligence. 

What Are Flower Essences?

Flower essences are vibrational remedies used in Flower Essence Therapy. They are liquid plant intelligence that balance our emotions, heal our spirits, and guide us in personal and collective evolution. They can be safely used by everyone, from infants to elders, as well as with our animal companions. 

Please note that flower essences are not the same as essential oils, but we’ll talk about many forms of plant medicine during the show.
