Andrew Taylor catches up with Claude Perry and one of his top producing agents, Austin Jones.

Austin was a former athlete and the manager of a Waffle House before discovering Family First Life at the end of September 2021. He’s only been in the industry for 45 days yet he’s already submitted $52K. Austin’s favorite things about being independent are the luxury of creating his own schedule, the opportunity to grow and how he’s always inspired.

Claude Perry has been with FFL since February of 2019. He’s a Hall of Fame Producer and founder of Hall of Fame agency Family First Life Winner’s Circle. His team’s biggest month was $2.1M Issue Paid.

Meloni came from spending a year and a half with a captive agency where she was doing well but the agents under her were not. She finally had enough and left without a real plan in place. Not long after she started booking appointments for Josh. She was doing so well he suggested she start booking appointments for herself. Since starting with FFL she has used dating sites to recruit agents, consistently travels around the country to write business and issue paid $32K her first month. Her goal for 2022 is to make Hall of Fame by June.

Vanessa came from the real estate industry. Her biggest month was $25K and she has only been with Family First Life for 4 months. Her goal for next month is to write $40K on her own pen and get her logo. 

Both Meloni and Vanessa are on Josh’s team, Family First Life Knockout, which is currently the fastest growing agency in the company.

Andrew Taylor talks with Claude Perry and 2 of his agents, husband and wife team Nathan and Samantha Gaines, on what opportunities are available when you’re a part of Family First Life. 

Nathan and Samantha spent 4 years at a practice company before moving to FFL in August of 2021. Since making the switch they have done $30K per month combined and now have 16 agents on their team. They discuss how it’s important to never stop learning, keep your ego in check, explore both telesales and doorknocking, and listen to people with more experience. The Gaines have a goal of issuing $500K as a team within the next 6 months.
