I am creating a new program called, “You Are Loveable.” In this program, I talk about all of the ways in which we deserve love in our lives. One of the ways that we can actually attract more love in our lives is to be the love that we wish to see. That means that we have to take care of ourselves and fill our own cups when they’re empty. Too often we rely on others to love us and give us validation. In reality, it’s up to us to do that for ourselves. In today’s episode, I talk about how we can fill our own cups in order to show ourselves true love.
