Let's face it, we all have "hotspots" in our homes and offices that accumulate clutter faster than we can cope with. But it's not enough to have the goal to clear those hotspots or even to actually clear the clutter in these hotspots. 

In this episode I discuss how these accumulations are not just a reflection of our surroundings but also a mirror of our personal habits and business processes.

Simply focusing on clearing our clutter isn't enough
- we need to address the habits and systems that led to that clutter in the first place
- we need to identify and manage them
- and then explore what small changes in our daily routines can lead to significant improvements in our environment.
