A term that I have seen and heard numerous times to express a word that has been formerly known as EMPLOYEE. Small Business in America is still the largest EMPLOYER of our total workforce and the value of this critical element of a business infrastructure seems to be largely LOST due to the political diatribe of measuring a politicians effectiveness by tracking the numbers of new jobs created during their tenure of service to this nation. The value of an EMPLOYEE to a business is far beyond just a numerical statistic, its is VITAL to the business because it represents the face, voice and wherewithal of that enterprise.
