Fear and anxiety literally STEALS our life from us. We're not being present, we're worried about things we have no control over and can't possibly know how they turn out.

Yet most of us are living highly anxious lives.

Or have kids who are.

In order to help our kids and our clients, we need to be able to help ourselves.

We need to figure out how to arrest anxiousness.
