Finding Hope After Loss | Hope in Infertility and Pregnancy Loss

Saturday, March 11 is my daughter, Jasmine's 5th birthday.  We lost her at 32 weeks when she was stillborn.  She had a congenital diaphragmatic hernia and mosaic trisomy 15.  Help me remember her on her birthday.

Sofia talks about her experience going through two traumatic miscarriages.  She also discusses the lack of care and support she received from the doctors and the hospital during her losses.

Brittany and Alyssa are both loss moms who started Bloom and Grow Birth Doulas.  They discuss a little about their loss journey along with how doulas can be of service to loss moms and families.

Calyn is a military spouse who was told she would never be able to get pregnant on her own.  She had to have a termination for medical reasons due to her baby having amniotic band sequence.  She then had a vanishing twin with her rainbow pregnancy.  Calyn was able to have her rainbow baby.

Elisa talks about the loss of her daughter, Ava, at 38 weeks.  She talks about the importance of talking about loss since she was unaware of stillbirth before it happened to her.  Elisa also talks about the organization she started to help other loss families fill their empty arms after loss.

Miri discusses her struggle with PCOS and infertility.  She also talks about her miscarriage and the infant loss of her son due to bilateral renal agenesis.  She lost her son due to medical mistakes that were made while he was in the hospital.
