Have you ever been in the rut of the everyday? It can feel like a slog at times moving from one mundane task to the next. This shows up magnified in parenting when we are stuck on the treadmill of cleaning up spills, changing diapers, driving carpool, planning meals only to fall asleep exhausted and enter the next day that way! We easily catch ourselves living for our next date night, weekend away or perhaps even that day when “life will be easier, our kids will be older, we will have more money” etc.
This episode we want to challenge that status quo. We want to share a concept with you that can awaken you to each of these moments and help you find the acceptance, joy and perhaps even enthusiasm in all of the parts of this life, small and big.
