Todays tools are writing down your thoughts and throwing them out and meditation. Grab a piece of paper and a pen. You can do this anytime, I write in the middle of the night when I cannot sleep. You can do this anywhere and anytime. Write down at the top of the paper your thought or idea. Then write everything that comes to your mind. Then after you have wrote it all down, it’s okay if you fill the paper or just a few sentences. Go over your writing, look at everything you have wrote down. Forgive them, forgive everything you have wrote down. Then throw it out. It’s like your getting it out of your head. You might have to do this a few times a day or weeks even months. It all depends how big the mountain is. you can move mountains. Then the other most important tool is meditating. Just closing your eyes for a few minutes, can help reduce your stress. When I meditate, I forgive my thoughts. I just forgive them and watch them go. I don’t react to them. These are my most important tools, I use them on a daily basis. I hope this has helped you. I look forward to doing this again with you. Thanks for joining me today. Have the greatest day ever. Love and peace. Disclaimer: I AM not educated. I didn't go to school for this.
