Dr Kris Harm has over 25 years of experience, he has impacted the lives of countless people through his profound knowledge and understanding of chiropractic.

He has published a book about health and is doing 1-on-1 coaching for chiropractors and other health professionals.

Dr Kris also supports and mentors a large group of chiropractic students in the UK, where Chiropractic philosophy is the main subject.

He was also voted “DC of the Year” by the United Chiropractic Association in November 2022.

From a young age, Dr Kris knew he wanted to help change the world through chiropractic.

Initially interested in teaching in the physical education field, his focus shifted to physiology after meeting a successful physiologist and taking a liking to his story.

Displaying an interest in human anatomy for as long as he can remember, Dr Kris realized after several gymnastics-induced injuries that his real passion was in how the body heals.

One of his gymnastic coaches was a Chiropractor. Dr Kris came to his clinic with one of his more severe injuries, and he managed to help him out much quicker than anybody else had done before him.

“He knew there and then”, Chiropractic was his calling.

Dr Kris finds great joy in studying philosophy and nutrition, traveling, and maintaining physical and mental fitness through exercise and meditation when he is not busy with clients and running the business.

Dr Kris’s love of learning and travel allows him to enjoy exploring new cultures. He is Sweden-born and has been living in London for the last 25 years. Dr Kris speaks three languages, Swedish, German, and English, and is also a member of the Royal Chiropractic College and the Royal Society of Medicine.

In addition to these acknowledgments, he was a successful competitive gymnast until his late teens and was also enrolled in the Swedish army as a paramedic.
