Nationally-renowned dietitian Rachel Brandeis has been in the field of nutrition for more than 15 years and is the former national media spokesperson for The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, representing more than 60,000 registered dieticians. With areas of expertise in women’s health, weight management, and disease prevention, Rachel has been featured on “CNN”, “FOX News Channel”, “NPR”, “USA Today”, and the list goes and on. With an undergraduate degree from Emory University and graduate degree in community nutrition from Georgia State University, Rachel opened her private practice in 2004. In addition to “practicing what she preaches”, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and a very active dog!
