Christianity is failing not because of the secularization of society, but society is failing because of the secularization of church. To put it bluntly, "There's too much world in the church and not enough true church in the world."

Throughout the month of June we will be outlining why "Church Membership Matters." In part 1 Pastor Jack identifies the four "matters" of church membership and explains their importance.

In the final message of the spirit walkers series Pastor Jack reads from Galatians where Paul sums up what it means to be "Saved By Grace" and begin walking in the Spirit. In this last message Paul offers Grace Writ Large. In his own hand he sums up God's message to the us in regard to Spirit Walking.

There's no getting around it, it is just hard to be holy. Grace is free, but it isn’t cheap. It cost God His very own Son. God does the heavy lifting, but He does not do ALL the lifting.

We each have personal weight to carry in life. Life is hard. It extracts a heavy payment, even before the additional weight of the souls of men and women on our shoulders as ministers of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

God planned our redemption. Jesus purchased our redemption. The Holy Spirit performs our redemption. The Godhead, seamlessly working in unity to bring us out of bondage to sin and into the freedom of grace.

In this message Pastor Jack explores the idea of the Holy Spirit being the believer's PDA-Personal Divine Assistant, and informs the listener on how to submit to his lead.

What have you got to lose if you reject Christ and follow the flesh. Paul says, "a great deal," or maybe even "everything!"

How bad is it to be "backslidden." Well, Paul wrote in God's Word to the backslidden Galatians, "I am FEARFUL for you."

One should be fearful for the majority of Christians because they aren't fearful of standing before God and giving an account of how they squandered the grace that was given to them. Paul describes this as, "my labor for you has been wasted" (Gal. 4:11).

In this message, we celebrate the Triumphal Entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem. On this day, Jesus Christ achieved celebrity status. The streets of Jerusalem were filled with people shouting praise and prayer to the King of Kings.

Sadly, in less than a week, most of this crowd would no longer be shouting, "Hosanna!" but they would be shouting, "Crucify Him! Crucify Him!" Fame is a fickle thing, even for the Son of God.
