As we continue on with our Series - Overcome Self Doubt we continue with the 2nd episode - Love Yourself, You are worth it.
There are many situations and people in this world that are going to treat you with what you will perceive as rude or unjust. But it is the response to these people, that determine if you love yourself or have not set boundaries for yourself.
Pain I believe is an awakening, it is there to wake you up from missing this amazing life that you have. We all have times that we get caught in comfort and comfort isn't going to give you that lie that you want.
Learning to love yourself is the difference from caring what other people think or say to you, or allowing events to come into your life and dictate how you are going to feel. To being at oneness and on purpose with your life.

I want to remind you that this Podcast is my opinion and my teachings, in no way does it replace a licenced Mental health professional, if you feel that you are in a place where you need that support reach out to someone and get it.
On the first episode of this series "Called Look inward not outwards I am going to talk a lot about your mind and your heart and how to use both of these to develop the resilience and strength that you need to get past the past pain that you are stuck in.
The world is going to tell you one thing which usually also is portrayed from your thoughts, but your heart and emotions will tell you a different story if you can listen to them
When you can bring awareness and understand what you are feeling is good, it is building your strength for the future but your mind might tell you that you are week for feeling this way and you should be moved farther past where you are or this hurts to much is it really worth it.
I will tell you right now it is.
Your self talk is only mirroring the things that you have seen in this world, but your heart or spirit will tell you things that you know are true but have been unseen to you.

Everything, yes everything in our lives is our responsibility, I am not saying that what happened is your fault, what I am saying is how you respond to the situation is up to you.
You can respond to it with blame to others or you can respond to it with understanding and create a responsibility to not allow it to happen to you again.
it all comes down to Will and perception. These are 2 of the 6 human facilities that we all possess and control. but you have to use them and know that you have the responsibility to use them during all situations in your life.
On this episode I am going to explain how.

I have said many times that you are the one who decides how your life is going to go.
Today in Canada is Thanksgiving and yes I know its a little premature for the USA and honestly I don't know how or even if other countries celebrate this. But I want to start by just wishing those out there Happy ThanksGiving from your fellow Canadian
Often times there has to be a specific date for people to celebrate or remember or think about certain times in their lives. Many times it is good to just focus on this once a year
But being thankful is something that I feel people should do everyday and today I wanted to talk to you about the importance why and also so little tricks that you can use to stay in that thankful emotion.

Our minds are driven firstly to protect us, and when we are constantly reminding of life changing situations of the past, it is because our mind wants to make sure that we remember to watch out for these situations in the future, so we don't get hurt again.
But I can honestly say that there are more postive times in your past than there are negatives, these postive times are sometimes easy to find and sometimes hard, but it is up to you to look for them and work on your mindset so that your mind isn't filled with the negative things
A gardener has to go out into a garden either daily or every couple of days to weed out those weeds, this is what those negative thought are they are just weeds of the mind that need to be pulled out to make room for the beauty that is in store for your life.
Don't let your mind get over grown with negative times of the past and block out the amazing life that you have had.
Now on today’s Episode I am going to be talking about finding the positives in the past, and how you can pluck out those weeds and give yourself the best life that you deserve.

Your past has happened, there is nothing that you can do to change that, you can't erase any of the memories, you can alter any of the outcomes. They are just what they are past experiences that are negatively pulling you back.
Today I want to share with you how to begin the process of moving forward, begin the rebuild process and keeping your eyes in the direction that you are facing - Forward
How can you do this?
Start by catching the negative thoughts as soon as they happen. ...
Take a deep breath. As soon as you recognize you’re having a negative thought, it’s a good idea to stop and breath. ...
Reframe your thought. Now it’s time to change your mindset to the positive. How can you rephrase the same thought in a positive way?
Welcome to the final instalment of this 4 part series about your life's operating system, if you haven't yet make sure that you listen to the 3 previous podcasts to help you get into the proper mindset to begin to use your body in the most productive way.
Over the last 2 episodes I went deep into your thoughts and your emotions, but all of this would be pointless if I didn't know show you how it all come together and contributed to why you do the actions, habits and routines that you do, and show you have all 3 of these areas make up your life's operating system which is you and how you life each day.
Just a quick synopsis of the past episodes, one your mind controls your thoughts and your beliefs, your heart then takes these thoughts and beliefs and creates certain emotions to make you feel a certain way, and now your body will create the actions necessary to shape the actions that you take every moment of your life.

Everyday you, me and everyone around us are having our thoughts control the way that we feel. We have a thought about a specific situation past, present or future and this will dictate the emotions that we currently are feeling.
This week we are going to move from our head to our heart as we are following the life's operating system. Emotions are the information that is used to determine our thoughts. If you are feeling good, then you are thinking about something you like, if you are in a mad, frustrated, sad emotion well then your on a negative thought frequency and it is time to get off.
Last week I spoke about your mindset and each area of your brain and how to take back control of these, If you haven't watched that Head over to Adjusting life's autopilot episode and check it out
