The three labour unions at SABC CWU, BEMAWU and MWASA the SABC are threatening legal action against the public broadcaster if the board and management continue with its proposed changes without consultation. This comes as the board and management confirmed some of the changes when they appeared in Parliament earlier this week. Three City of Johannesburg officials have been suspended after an investigation found irregularities in building houses that were damaged by a storm in Soweto last year.
