The Baseball Writers' Association of America (BBWAA) has the privilege each year of voting on who gets inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. Unfortunately, the writers are struggling to get it right. On "Big Hall Talk," Ethan Budowsky shows us a better way to do this.
