On this episode of F**K Being Stuck, my guest Rachel Strivelli talks about how nature can help support happiness and wellbeing. She shares her own personal journey in finding solace in nature, creating a bond with the land, and engaging with indigenous cultures.
Rachel offers tips to start small, like spending a minute a day connecting with nature or one's inner voice. She also talks about her book "Talk to the Trees" and how it can be a tool for engaging with nature.
Meet Rachel:
Rachel Strivelli is a Psychic, intuitive mentor, and author of Talk to the Trees. She helps overwhelmed healers/therapists feel grounded, gain clarity and to take aligned action.
Rachel has a background as a teacher and environmental educator, combined with being a psychic and writer- so in some ways, her brain is always looking for something new or unique that connects to what she already knows.
She leans into her creative side heavily and is always looking for the connections- the connection between being ecological and spiritual or the joy of finding something similar and easy- like creativity or journaling- that doesn't take a lot of time, but can transform your outlook, your day, radically and quickly.
In this episode we discuss:
- The importance of connecting with nature for human health and well-being.
- The value of respecting other cultures and traditions when engaging with nature and the environment.
- The benefits of forgiving oneself and letting go of past mistakes to cultivate self-love and acceptance.
- The power of intuition and trusting oneself to explore new opportunities and personal growth.
- The idea that not everything needs to have a clear end goal or productivity and that it is okay to enjoy life experiences for the sake of the experience itself.
