Live on Facebook Sunday nights at 7pm Pacific time. Tune in now here! Don’t worry if you miss us live–you’ll still be able to download the show on your favorite podcast platform.

A couple housekeeping items. First, we are hosting our first ever comedy special at the historic Nuart Theater in Downtown Moscow, ID. International comedian Ben Price will be joining us from Australia and comedian Chris Wineland will be joining us from Arizona. The show is April 26th and family friendly. So jump on over to our our website here, and buy some tickets! Tickets will be $10 online $12 at the door, and $40 for families of four or more.

Secondly, as you probably already heard about, on April 2nd, we had three of the candidates running for Lt. Governor in Idaho on our show. This stirred up a national controversy which you can read more about on Fox News, Associated Press, Chicago Tribune, and more. Our nation’s hypocrisy centered around abortion runs deep, and you can read our response here.

Thirdly, our first show goes live on NRB TV Friday night April 13th. This will be a 30 minute show right before their primetime show, and we are so thankful for this opportunity. We already had a couple listeners purchase us some much needed equipment for this transition, and we still have some Amazon Wish List needs.

Lastly, we are so grateful for all our club members, and seriously could not do this without you. Of course we encourage others to follow, and your support will help significantly, as we seek to impact our culture for God’s glory! We are working hard with the time and resources we

On Monday night April 2nd, CrossPolitic hosted the current Republican candidates for the Idaho Lieutenant Gubernatorial election at the historic Nuart Theater in Downtown Moscow, Idaho. Three candidates in the race—Steve Yates, Bob Nonini, and Janice McGeachin— joined the host of CrossPolitic for a lively discussion. The show captured entertaining, some honest dialogue, and discussion on tough issues between the hosts and the candidates. Topics included education, the Second Amendment, healthcare, economic issues, and abortion.

Folks- no live show tonight (although the podcast will still drop), because we have a special live show at the Nuart Theater tomorrow night (Monday) at 7:30pm. We will be hosting  three of the candidates running for Lt. Governor in Idaho. The event is free and open to the public, hope to see you there.

This week we were joined by ACCS President David Goodwin to discuss the failure of the public school system, and why Christian Classical education is the solution. Mr. Goodwin was the headmaster of The Ambrose School, a Classical Christian school in Boise, ID from 2003 through 2014. He served on the ACCS board as an elected member from 2010 to 2014, and helped develop the strategic plan for the ACCS. He has been the full-time President of the ACCS since 2015. Prior to his work in classical Christian education, Mr. Goodwin spent 13 years in marketing and new business development for a large computer products manufacturer. He holds an MBA and BIS from Boise State University. He and his wife, Stormy, work as a team on many ACCS projects and attend All Saints Presbyterian Church in Boise, Idaho. They have 3 children who attend The Ambrose School.

For this special show, we interviewed Idaho Democratic Candidate for Governor–Peter Dill. Peter is a Christian pro-life Democrat. His 2018 run for Idaho Governor is motivated by a desire to help find a promising path to a bright future for Idaho. Entering the Democratic race for this critical Idaho post, Peter brings an innovative perspective to tackling Idaho’s biggest issues, making decisions with future generations in mind. A conservative Democrat vs. a Clinton Democrat, Peter is an open-minded, proactive candidate who would be highly electable in the Idaho general election. As you can see this will be an interesting show. Enjoy!

Second, as we announced recently, we will be on Brio TV. This week, we’re excited to announce that we will be on NRB TV on Friday nights beginning April 13th. With all the opportunities God has put before us, we need your help as we add the two TV networks to our plate. We need to upgrade our studio, add two cameras, TVs, and production equipment, mic boom arms, and more. We have started an Amazon Wish List if you want to help with equipment. We also hope to eventually bring Knox on full-time for content and production development.

This week we were joined by Sheologians‘ Summer Jaeger. Sheologians exists “to fill a void many women in the Reformed camp feel. Culture, art, our attitudes, our relationships, and the whole of our lives needs to be viewed through a comprehensive, Christian worldview. We hope to help put those lenses on while dissecting these issues, as well as provide a safe space for Calvinists to feel like they can laugh again. We hope to push back on the squishy, postmodern view of women that has infiltrated the church. We hope to be the antidote to the feministy presuppositional poison that so many are unaware they hold to.

In CrossPolitic news, we cover Trump’s most recent Joe Biden tweet, his $1.3 trillion omnibus bill, and a judge in Oregon who was suspended for not issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples.
