Have you ever found yourself elbow deep in a bag of chips while bingeing Netflix after a stressful day? Or maybe you’ve cut out all carbs and now you can’t stop thinking about food.
Sara Best is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Consistency Coach and is known to many as "the Nutritionist who never talks about food."
In this episode, Sara helps us uncover the real reasons we turn to food, how to reprogram your brain to create healthy, sustainable habits, and strategies for mindful eating.
Sara truly believes that we already know what to eat and that ultimately we can trust ourselves around food.
Here’s what we’re talking about in this episode:
-We already know what to do when it comes to food. So why do we struggle to make it happen?
-The science behind why we eat (ie. your brain on a food binge)
-The power of positive language and how small tweaks to how we speak can make a big difference.
-The number one question that Sara hears from her community.
-What the heck is mindful eating and how do we do it?
-Harnessing our feminine energy. We go on a bit of a tangent here but bear with us. It’s a good one!
