There are two frameworks we discuss: Gretchen Rubin's Four Tendencies framework and the accountability theory framework. Claire also shares the questions you should ask yourself to determine if external accountability will unlock sustainable health habits for you.

The first thing that comes to mind when you think of health-promoting behaviors may be nutrition and exercise. And while those things matter, there is more to health than nutrition and exercise. In fact, there is more to "health" than an individual's health behaviors.

With the significant rise in video conferencing that accompanied the COVID-19 pandemic we also saw an increase in the amount of time we spend looking at ourselves on camera.
Maybe you've experienced hours upon hours of watching your facial expressions, feeling weird eating on camera, and maybe having a new source of body image stress.
