Ar: في صباح يوم حار من أيام الصيف في عيد الأضحى، كانت ياسمين تشعر بألم شديد.
En: On a hot summer morning during Eid al-Adha, Yasmin was feeling severe pain.
Ar: هي شابة طيبة القلب، تعتني بعائلتها دائمًا وتضعهم فوق كل شيء.
En: She is a kind-hearted young woman, always taking care of her family and putting them above everything else.
Ar: لكنها اليوم كانت تعاني من ألم لم تفهم مصدره.
En: But today, she was suffering from pain whose source she did not understand.
Ar: شقيقها حازم، الذي كان دائمًا حريصًا عليها، لاحظ أنها تتصرف بشكل غير طبيعي.
En: Her brother, Hazem, who always looked out for her, noticed she was not acting normally.
