Story Transcript:
Ar: تحت الأرض، داخل ملجأ صغير ومُظلم، جلست أمينة وهي تُرتجف من برد الخريف المتأخر.
En: Underground, inside a small and dark shelter, Amina sat shivering from the late autumn cold.
Ar: كانت الأمطار تغسل العالم بالخارج، تُحدِث أصواتًا عالية كأنها سيمفونية طبيعية لا تتوقف.
En: The rain outside was washing the world, making loud noises like a never-ending natural symphony.
Ar: في هذا المكان القاسي، كانت تحاول العثور على ملاذٍ آمن من العاصفة التي تجتاح المدينة.
En: In this harsh place, she was trying to find a safe haven from the storm sweeping through the city.
Ar: فجأة، سمعت صوتًا قريبًا.
En: Suddenly, she heard a nearby sound.
Ar: فتحت عينيها ببطء، لترى رجلاً واقفًا عند باب الملجأ.

Ar: ببطاريات مضاءة خافتة والفُرَش البسيطة، وفَّر إحساسًا ضيقًا بالأمان.

Ar: جلسا في صمت لبعض الوقت، لا يتحدثان، يستمعان فقط للرياح وهي تصرخ في الخارج.
En: They sat in silence for a while, not speaking, just listening to the wind howling outside.
Ar: بدأ عمر يتحدث أخيرًا، "أعيش هنا منذ بعض الوقت. أردت مكانًا بعيدًا عن العالم."
En: Finally, Omar started to speak, "I've been living here for some time. I wanted a place away from the world."

Ar: وفجأة، تسربت قطرات الماء من السقف.
En: Suddenly, water droplets started to leak from the ceiling.
Ar: كانت بداية لتسرب خطير يمكن أن يُغرق الملجأ في أية لحظة.
En: It was the beginning of a dangerous leak that could flood the shelter at any moment.
Ar: نظرا لبعضهما البعض، وكان عليهما العمل بسرعة.
En: They looked at each other and had to act quickly.
