John, first off, let’s get to the numbers, how much are some of these fees going up?

The cause is that inflation has triggered a need for these fees to be raised as well as electronic modes in creating licenses.  Can you go into how some of these increases were determined?

How permanent are these increases?

This was the first increase in several years - should we expect these rates to remain at this level for a few years or would we expect the numbers to be adjusted on an annual basis?
