Since the late 80s Steven Perfidia Kirkham has styled wigs for some of your favorite entertainers: Bob the Drag Queen, Jerri Blank and Miss Yvonne from Pee Wee's Playhouse all have enjoyed the fluffy fruits of Perfidia's labor.
