She's a chawwwwwklit seller, the biggest customer of both Donkey Fords and Chicken Hut and the most running she's done in the last 50 years is away from the Munster team's security but now our Noni has gotten into fitness.

This Sunday, she'll be joining the thousands of women around the country taking  in a special virtual VHI Women's Mini Marathon.

While event usually sees 80,000 participants pegging it around Dublin bedecked in all the colours of the rainbow, this year, they're going virtual, and nationwide.

Those taking part are being encouraged to walk, run, or jog 10km across the day and raise money for charities around the country.
