On this episode of the Food About Town podcast I sat down with Paul Guglielmo from Guglielmo Sauce to talk about the background of the sauce and what drove him to take on this project.

We also spent some time talking about radio and comedy which was great for me especially with his experience working as the producer on the 95.1FM Brother Wease Show and his weekly WHAM 1180 Food & Wine Show. I’m a big radio and comedy nerd and I loved every second of inside baseball we dove into. Hopefully those parts weren’t too painful for those looking for purely food talk!

On this episode of the Food About Town podcast I sat down with Zack Mikida from The Revelry and Donny Clutterbuck from Good Luck and Cure to talk about the upcoming Rochester Cocktail Revival. Zack and Donny were great guests and jumped in head first to talk through the RCR.

We talked about some of the events at the RCR including the Friday Night signature event at the Rochester Public Market sponsored by Larceny Bourbon, their thoughts on the modern cocktail movement and about how interactions with customers can allow the passion for great cocktails to come through.

On this episode of the Food About Town podcast I sat down with my wife Carrie Lindstrom and talked about a wide range of food topics.

On this episode of the Food About Town podcast I sat down with my brother Alex Lindstrom did a test of both my new podcast studio setup and the Skype connection. Take a look at the picture I above to see what it looks like! I’m really excited to have it set up and expect to be more frequent with the episodes in the near future.

This was a bit of a random conversation that did touch on food for parts of it, but don’t expect something along the lines of the interviews I’ve done in the past. We did touch on some of our love of radio/podcasts and the how we got there, some of his food preferences and a little bit about gardening toward the end.

On this episode of the Food About Town podcast I sat down with my friend Chris Clemens for an extended conversation about food and whatever else struck us at the time. Chris is the creator of ExploringUpstate.com which is another local blog that focuses on finding intriguing places that only Upstate NY can offer. Not only that, Chris and I are two of the founding members of the Rochester Area Bloggers group and we’re the kind of people that just end up running across each other all around Rochester. After making this one happen I’m sure we’re going to end up doing some more of these in the future.
