This week on the Food About Town podcast I talked to Jason Barrett from Black Button Distilling during their massive renovation of the space next to Rohrbach’s Brewery near the Public Market. We discussed the renovation, the plan for their products at launch (citrus forward gin, wheat vodka and moonshine [white whiskey]) and future plans. We also delved into Jason’s past and how he got into craft distilling and some about using local products.
