Today, clinical marriage, family therapist, and soul coach, Whitnee Nicely, joins me to chat about different therapy options for every kind of person! Therapy can be such a wonderful thing for so many people struggling with mental health issues, difficult pasts, and trauma, and so much more, but it can be challenging to confidently find the right fit.
Whitnee and I chat about how to overcome the awkwardness and stigma surrounding therapy to find what works best for you. Whitnee provides some helpful tips to test the waters and narrow down the right therapist that resonates with you. She also addresses the fears and worries that people might have that deter them from seeking therapy.
