The show opens with Lynette & Stefanie catching up on the last week, including discussion of what they've both been doing for their school service hours. Stefanie also promotes a show she's doing for her daughter's school at the end of January called 'Parenting Out Loud' at the NoHo Arts Theatre. Lynette also discusses an interesting interaction she had with a gentlemen she was trying to sell Mangria to. Then Melissa Lanz joins the show & discusses her business & passion of meal planning with Lynette & Stefanie. Melissa explains her website www.thefresh20.com and both Lynette & Stefanie are very interested and the discussion quickly turns to how they cook now and the changes they would like to make in the future as well as how to overcome obstacles such as not being able to eat home every night & having a child who's a picky eater.

Lynette & Stefanie discuss what they've been doing over the break including some copious TV watching. They also discuss the recent trip the Carollas took to Disneyland and the obstacles Sonny overcame during that trip. Stefanie also recounts her trip to go rollerskating with her daughter and how they ultimately ended up getting her skates of her own. Lynette & Stefanie open the show discussing the recent tragedy in Connecticut and how they feel like they're taking it especially hard. As the discussion progresses they get into their thoughts on gun control & Stefanie shares some facts she has learned about Canadian gun laws from corresponding with one of our fans. The conversation then turns to Brandi Glanville & the nuttiness that's been going on with her lately. Lynette also fills everyone in on her recent trip to New York City & her visit to Watch What Happens Live including an interaction with Jill Zarin. Stefanie then discusses the tough balancing act of trying not to spoil your kids & how that can be especially difficult around the holidays. The issue of keeping gifts equal between the kids also comes up and Stefanie explains how they do their best to keep everything equal but this year it may not end up that way. After a refreshing Thanksgiving break Lynette & Stefanie sit down one on one to catch up. First the ladies review some of the TV they've been watching lately including Couples Therapy, Homeland & the Woody Allen movies Lynette has been recently re-watching. Then the discussion turns to children's birthday parties and a new activity that Natalia has committed to. Lynette & Stefanie then give Producer Gary some much deserved shit regarding comment moderation & Lynette reveals a very funny joke she made in the comments of the Tom Kenny episode. Stefanie then continues to keep us all up to date with her favorite 'X Factor' contestant Carly Rose Sonenclar & Lynette finishes up the show by reporting on how her hormone treatments are going.

Tom Kenny a.k.a. SpongeBob Squarepants stops by and has a great talk with Lynette & Stefanie that touches on hormone therapy, finding kids music thats tolerable for parents & the upcoming SpongeBob Christmas Album & TV special!

Suzanne tells the ladies her story and how after having one child with nearly no problems her 2nd child was totally the opposite.
