It stars Malcolm McDowell, a young Daniel Stern, Stacey “Halloween III” Nelkin, some other woman, Lou Reed, an old guy, a short guy, Ed Begley Jr., John Densmore, Lee Ving, a sentient joint, a drug-distributing skeleton, and the late Bill Henderson as King Blues, all on a collision course with wackiness. It’s a love letter to the Fillmore East by Rock and Roll High School / Heartbeeps auteur Allan Arkush. We were impressed.
