Dom welcomes former Associate Dean at UPenn’s School of Medicine and Board Chair at Do No Harm, Dr. Stanley Goldfarb, onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the mission of Do No Harm, which hopes to raise awareness of the negatives that anti-racism presents in the realm of medicine. Goldfarb tells that he doesn’t believe diversity and meritocracy can co-exist, which leads to questionable hiring practices when determining the best person for a job.
