The Lord will never leave you alone. He is near to the brokenhearted, and He is here with you, right now, in any situation you are facing. When we surrender our circumstances and our emotions to Jesus, He transforms our vision, and in exchange, He gives us His love, presence, mercy, and comfort. We can look to Jesus today in whatever situation we find ourselves, and He will meet us there to hold our hands as He walks with us through it. This Sunday David Chan shared a powerful message on the transformation we have in Jesus.

The Israelites were set free, but they were unclear how they would get through the Red Sea and then God parted the waters . Every human will have a Red Sea moment. An opportunity for an Exodus, a way of getting out. We are in chains apart from Christ. We are all trying to get out of slavery, bondage, shame, guilt, fear, our past. No matter how much we swim on our own we can't get out. On Good Friday God parted the waters for us. Jesus became our Exodus, our way out.
