We simply cannot be bearers of the truth and preach the word if we are not in fellowship personally with Jesus. When we are close to Him and make that room for Him, it overflows into everything and everyone around us. We cannot serve from emptiness - using our own words and thoughts to give direction to others. It is a daily rhythm of spending time with the Lord and falling more in love with Him that allows us to go out and spread the word to others, even if only in our own neighborhoods. Today's episode with Francis Chan is an inspiring conversation that serves as an important reminder for many ears right now. Chan provides us with practical ways on how  to serve the areas that we have been placed in, and he prays a powerful prayer over us at the end of this conversation.
