This leads Dom into a conversation about the trial, explaining why he thinks the inevitable result will be a hung jury and dismissal due to shoddy testimony by anti-Trump witnesses Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen.

Then, Dom brings in local attorney George Bochetto back onto the Dom Giordano Program, who brings some friends after news broke that the City of Philadelphia is prepared to settle a lawsuit with Frank L. Rizzo Monument Committee in the coming weeks, returning the Frank Rizzo statue to the people after ripping it off the steps of City Hall overnight years ago. Bochetto explains how this came about, noting the big win for Italians in Philadelphia who still have a devotion to the former Philadelphia Mayor. Then, Dom welcomes in Jody Della Barba, member of the Frank L. Rizzo Monument Committee, who previews where the statue will go once released. Also, Dom takes a call from longtime State Senator Vince Fumo, who, along with Bochetto, was one of the strongest proponents in returning the Rizzo statute to Philadelphians.
