Frank Zane, 3 Time Mr. Olympia winner and one of the most popular and legendary bodybuilders of all time, is the featured guest this week on the Bodybuilding Legends Podcast. Frank talks about his competitive career including when he started training as a teen in Pennsylvania and then working his way up to winning the IFBB Mr. America and Mr. Universe in 1968. Frank also talks about training with Arnold and Dave Draper at Gold's Gym in the early 1970's, winning the NABBA Mr. Universe contest in 1970 and 1972, his rivalries with Franco Columbu and Chris Dickerson and winning the coveted Mr. Olympia title from 1977-1979.
