Those emotions that we don’t deal with get stuffed down, and then they in turn lower our immune system’s functioning, which then leads to physical manifestations of our emotions. I am seeing so many people experience health problems, and I know that underlying emotions are the culprit. It’s time to start dealing with your feelings before they deal with you.
