Your description of women being the victim of statist propaganda in regards hyper-materialism, surface aesthetic obsession, misandry, collectivism, etc. was of interest. Your explanation in my humble opinion sounded very much in line with leftist victimology.
Perhaps I missed something. Are individuals to be held responsible and accountable for actions in response to being propagandized? Seems you are most willing to blame vaccine zealots, statists, collectivists, communists, etc. Could they merely be excused for being propagandized? Please clarify.

Stefan, I have a moral philosophy question for you. Any thoughts on moral asymmetries? For instance, do you believe the presence of virtuous action in a person is relative to the power imbalance between the person doing the act and the one receiving it? For example: if a security guard treats an inmate with virtue, is it of more moral significance than if the inmate treats the security guard with virtue?

Having a lot of fears lately. I know I can’t keep my child in a bubble, but how can I deter him from getting sucked in to the stupidity of todays social media generation, as well as the overexposure to all the darker things on the web. How can we best prepare him?

After listening to your most recent call in with the guy who felt guilty for leaving his parents, I've begun thinking about how I too have an attachment issue and have since moved on from applying it to my parents and applying it to a former manager at work.
I had a recently minor negative interaction with them and caused a fair deal of emotional distress.
How do I remove this attachment? Thank you if you read this.

I have been in the habit of rejecting dreams and have felt strongly annoyed when people would ask about them. As a child, my mother would take dreams extremely seriously. She would get each of us kids dream journals and dream analysis books, would ask every morning about what we dreamed about. She is the kind of person who would have a dream that my dad was cheating on her, and then in real life would punish him for it. So as an adult, I outright dismissed dreams, swinging to the other extreme to offset my mom. As I've listened to you over the years, I have taken more interest in what I can learn from them.
Last night I had a dream where my mother was being difficult as I confronted her about something, and then she pushed me down the stairs while I was turned away from her.
I'm not asking for a dream analysis, but how can I learn from my dreams? Do you write your dreams down? And how can I better appreciate them?

Hi Stefan, I am a 29 year old female, and my relationship with my boyfriend of 8 years is falling apart.

For the last two years, we had been fighting quite savagely and despite being engaged together, he told me two weeks ago he isn't sure he wants to have a future with me. This broke my heart into pieces and my mind is a complete wreck. He was willing to go to couples counseling and start working on our issues. But again he told me after the first session with the therapist he isn't sure he wants to be with me in the future.

While I recognize I hadn't been the best partner to him, also I have been working as a stripper during the whole course of our relationship, I still considered him to be my future husband and father of my children. Now this has all fallen apart.

Also I am in a time of my life where I realized I desperately want a chance to have marriage and at least one child, even though I have not been living the most virtuous life up until this point.

I don't know if I should keep fighting tooth and nails to save this relationship and hope that my boyfriend changes his mind or leave and try dating and try to meet a good guy who would marry me. I feel like my chances out there are slim.

For the past few weeks when the fights with my boyfriend had been escalating into this, my body and brain had gone into a full fight or flight mode, I feel like I'm not thinking clearly. I am not able to make a decision because I fear that if we tried again in this relationship and it failed then it would waste my last chance of building a life.

Is it normal for my husband to be adding attractive/provocative women on his social media and liking their posts? I am confused as I check all the boxes of what an attractive moral woman should be. And yet, I find myself questioning "Am I enough?" "Will he leave me?" Is this normal behavior and I am overthinking it. Or does this behavior confirm my fears. He is still looking. We have been trying to start a family, but I am scared/lost on what to do. I am 26 and the clock is ticking!
