We start the show with the 22-year-old driver accused of veering into 25 law enforcement recruits, and running them over. Nicholas Joseph Gutierrez was taken into custody and arrested for the attempted murder of peace officers, in Whittier. Gutierrez is back on the streets after being released from custody, Thursday. LA Co. Sheriff Alex Villanueva says this crash was not an accident.  Baby Laura , A two-month-old of Sanger is fighting for her life at Valley Children's Hospital. She is ill from RSV and is now on life support. Doctors are calling on the Biden administration to declare an emergency in response to an “alarming surge” of children hospitalized with RSV and flu this season.
