Clovis Unified Superintendent Eimear O’Brien, Ed.D., announced on Thursday she will retire at the end of the school year. O’Brien has held the position for 6 years. 

Parents of Fresno Unified School District are asking Why are their students being served frozen school lunches? Nutrition Services Director Amanda Harvey told School Zone after the two-hour workshop that the answer is: We don’t know why. 

A New ice rink coming to The Pines Resort at Bass Lake! 

The new ice rink will officially launch on Saturday, Jan. 21, and can be found on the upper tennis court by the gym until early spring. 

Doug Hicks – Co founder of Loretta’s Little Miracles called in to discuss the lack of transportation to their facility for local medically fragile children. Loretta's Little Miracles is one of 17 nursing home facilities for children in the state, and the only one serving the Valley. Some parents have been fighting to get proper transportation for their child since 2018.
