The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans rejected arguments that Biden, as the nation’s chief executive, has the same authority as the CEO of a private corporation to require that employees be vaccinated. The Biden Administration is pushing for a sale of TikTok's American business, and threatening a ban if that doesn't happen. Thursday's hearing likely gave lawmakers even more fuel for the argument in favor of a sale or a ban. A member of a community services district board in Fresno County is accused of killing a man and hit and run.
